Mind Design is a practical system designed to help high level thinkers and creators reconnect with their internal clarity, regulate themselves, and build intentional execution that is sustainable.
This work is deeply personal as I know what it feels like to be fully capable, self-aware, and ambitiously driven, yet, still feel stuck in patterns that didn’t reflect my true inner nature.
My goal is to help people move from survival & overwhelm to aligned awareness providing meaningful progression in their lives, even IN THE MIDST of chaos.
About the Founder of Mind Design
You’re not stuck because you’re not capable.
You’re stuck because your internal system is overwhelmed.
For over two decades, I built my career in the corporate world: designing interiors, leading teams, and managing complex projects from concept to completion.
My work required structure, clarity, and the ability to guide people through high-pressure decisions while balancing creativity with consistent execution.
From the outside, I was doing everything “right”, growing, achieving, exceeding expectations.
But life had a different plan.
I experienced a series of major transitions all at once: personal loss, divorce, financial hardship, career disruption, and navigating the reality of supporting an ill parent all while working through deeper internal patterns I had never fully faced before.
It forced me into something I hadn’t truly ever practiced..
I had to slow down.
And in that space, I began to understand what most of us were never taught how to navigate:
how to regulate my emotions and energy
how my nervous system was impacting every decision we make
how internal patterns quietly shape external outcomes
What I realized is this..
Most people aren’t stuck because they lack intelligence, talent, or motivation.
They’re stuck because their internal systems are overwhelmed, creating conflict between what they want and what they’re able to consistently execute.
Even the most capable person can feel scattered, burned out, or unable to move forward when their system is working against them.
So I did the work.. deeply.
I studied neuroscience, human behavior, and the patterns that influence how we think, feel, and act. But more importantly, I applied it in real time to rebuild my own life with clarity and intention.
What came out of that process is the framework I now use to help others.
Mind Design Studio.
